Understanding cosmetic color theory is so much more than learning how to operate a color wheel. A technician must be able to first look at a client’s skin and see all of the variables which play a role in the final pigments healed result. On today’s episode of PMU School @ discusses skin variables that can cause a pigment’s healed result to look different than the way it looks in the bottle.
